Forasacco Company specilizes in carrying out any form of vertical conical screws for various reduction gears assembled on unifeed mixers feeders having a capacity from 6 to 22 cubic meter.
Sectors direction can be both right and left. Their pitch can vary from 400 to 500 mm with a ± 5 mm tolerance. The flange used for the reduction gear locking is grinded after welding by machines tools in order to guarantee a perfect flatness between the flange and the reduction gear.
The blades fixing holes are carried out according to Customer requirements.
*On request, a scraping blade having the screw axis higher than the feeder bottom of 3 mm is welded on the first blade.
