Vertikale Kegel-Förderschnecken

Unser Betrieb ist spezialisiert auf die Herstellung von Kegel-Förderschnecken allerart, die zu verschiedenen Untersetzungsgetrieben passen können. Sie sind für Unifeed-Mischwagen von 6 bis 22 Kubikmeter geeignet.

Die Segmente können sowohl rechte als auch linke Richtung haben, Steigungsänderung von 400 bis 500 mm (±5 mm Toleranz). Der Flansch zur Befestigung des Untersetzungsgetriebes wird nach dem Schweissen durch besondere Werkzeuge geschliffen: eine ausgezeichnete Ebenheit zwischen Flansch und Untersetzungsgetrieb wird auf diese Weise zugesichert. Wir stellen die Löcher zur Befestigung der Klingen je nach Bedarf des Kundes her.

*Auf Anfrage können wir an der Schneckewelle einen Abschaber auf die erste Schaufel schweissen, der 3 mm vom Boden des Wagens entfernt ist.
